Our client runs a Children’s Centre in Central Kenya. The centre has a development-focused team dedicated to the care and nurture of vulnerable children, helping them grow into leaders with a voice and place in Kenyan society.
The Brief
Our client asked us to partner with key stakeholders in their organization to develop a framework to drive decision making in the grant funding and financial projections process for the childcare center. The goal was to streamline the process of revenue collection and allocation to various benevolent activities.
The Solution
Nzuri Strategy built a social impact and financial model that captures how the center distributes and allocates funds for different activities and measure its impact to the centre.
Our team led culture and vision setting across multiple layers of management for the center and its partners.
The Result
The financial model and social impact dashboard has allowed our client to adjust to the unique challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic. By leveraging the financial model, our client and their partners have developed accountability processes and structure to ensure class-leading care for the children supported by their organization.
